The care I have received and continue to receive from this agency has been exceptional. My caregiver continuously goes above and beyond to ensure my safety and well-being. She is patient, gentle, and hardworking. She is an angel on earth and makes me feel that I am truly cared for. In addition to my caregiver, office staff also follow up with me regularly to ensure that I am doing alright.
In the few times I've had concerns, my concerns were taken care of in a timely manner and my feedback was well-received. The office staff at Harmony Care Home Services always remain professional and take their time to listen to me. They communicate effectively and keep me informed about changes or adjustments in my schedule.
